Dear families,
This is a fun way to celebrate each child in a big way! Our classroom is Wacky themed. The children are encouraged to come dressed wacky, with crazy hair and backwards clothes! We will start the day in an unusual way...signing-in under the table and searching for the wacky items in the room.
Then we will have our morning time with a wacky calendar and flag salute. Then we will begin our free choice time at 9:15am. This free choice will be different because the children can choose to be in or out the entire time and will go until 11:00am. At this time we will gather the children into their respective classrooms and engage in a piñata experience. When we finish this we will celebrate our "un-birthdays" and finish the day outside.
I hope everyone enjoys their spring break and when we regroup it will be the beginning of April!!! I just can't believe how fast the year is going.
