We have spent the past two weeks getting to know each other, our class routine, and learning more about ourselves. We are moving into nature and focusing on apples in preparation for our apple field trip on Thursday, September 29 for the T/TH class and Friday, September 30 for the MWF class.
Each part of our day is preparing your children to become successful students. We are learning classroom behavior, how to recognize our names, how to work with others, and now we are moving into more academics. Our children will be given many opportunities to demonstrate what they already know and where they need to grow. Our class gives flexibility to meet each child right where they are developmentally. I hope your children are enjoying the adventures they have in class.
