Dear families,
Our tree study continues as we move our focus toward caring for the animals of the forest by opening a veterinarian's office in our dramatic play area. The children have loved putting their stethoscopes on and listening to our stuffed animal birds. We have added bandaids and bandages, thank you Erika, to the mix. One child wrapped every finger with a bandaid. :-) If anyone has connections with a veterinarian office or has pet x-rays that they would be willing to donate, we'd love to add it to our collection. We will also build with sticks and wooden blocks in our block area.
The next two weeks are going to go by very quickly. This week we have a fire drill Tuesday and Wednesday and Chapel on Thursday and Friday. Next week we will gear up for a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Feast on the 21st and 22nd. Our class reps will be in touch as we prepare for this event. The food is provided by the school but we may need your help in other ways.
